Where is ADvance AI Solutions located?
ADvance AI Solutions is based in Plymouth, Michigan. All coaching sessions and courses are delivered virtually via Zoom or Google Meets, so we serve Athletic Directors across Michigan and throughout the United States no matter where you're located.
Who can benefit from your courses?
Our primary audience is Athletic Directors at the high school and collegiate level but our tools and training are valuable for anyone in athletic administration, including:
Athletic Directors managing large programs and heavy communication loads
Assistant ADs and athletic administrators looking to build efficiency
Coaches who handle their own scheduling, communication, and documentation
School and district leaders wanting to bring AI tools into their teams
If you're juggling parent communication, coach management, scheduling, compliance, and event planning all at once this was built for you. No tech background required.
How do your courses enhance athletic departments?
We focus on the real, daily tasks that eat up an Athletic Director's time. Through hands-on coaching and practical training, we help ADs use AI to:
Draft professional emails, parent communications, and coach memos in minutes
Build scheduling systems, game day checklists, and event logistics faster
Create reports, summaries, and board presentations with less effort
Handle sensitive situations parent conflicts, eligibility issues, incident documentation with more confidence and consistency
Free up time for the leadership work that actually moves your program forward
The result isn't just saved time it's an AD who shows up sharper, communicates better, and leads with more confidence.
Do you offer personalized course content?
Yes, always. Generic training doesn't work for Athletic Directors because no two programs are the same. Before any coaching begins, we learn about your role, your current tools, your biggest time drains, and your goals.
Every session is built around your real workflow the actual emails you need to write, the actual situations you're navigating, and the actual tools that fit how you work. You will never sit through content that doesn't apply to you.
Do I need any tech experience to get started?
None at all. That's the whole point. Most of our clients come in saying they're not "tech people" and that's completely fine. We meet you exactly where you are and build your confidence step by step.
If you can write an email, you can learn to use AI. We've worked with veteran ADs with 30+ years of experience who had never touched an AI tool, and by the end of their first session they were using it to draft real communications for their program. You don't need a tech background. You just need to be willing to try.
How do I know which service is right for me?
That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. In 30 minutes, we'll talk through where you are, what's taking up the most time, and what you're hoping to accomplish. From there, we'll give you an honest recommendation whether that's starting with the AI Essentials Course, booking a single coaching session, or jumping into the monthly package.
There's no pressure and no obligation. It's a conversation between two people in the world of athletic administration and it will be worth your time.
What AI tools will I learn to use?
We work with the most practical, accessible AI tools available all of which are free or low-cost to use. Depending on your goals, we'll cover tools like:
ChatGPT and Claude for drafting communications, writing prompts, and thinking through problems
Google Gemini especially useful if your school uses Google Workspace
NotebookLM for organizing documents, summarizing handbooks, and building knowledge bases
Canva with AI features for creating graphics, flyers, and visual announcements
Otter AI for transcribing meetings and capturing notes automatically
We don't overwhelm you with tools. We start with one or two that fit your immediate needs and build from there.
What does a typical coaching session look like?
Sessions are 45–60 minutes via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. No two sessions are exactly alike, but the format is consistent: we spend the first few minutes checking in on what you worked on since last time, then we focus on a specific skill or workflow you want to tackle, and we close with clear next steps and a resource to keep practicing.
You always leave with something you can use immediately a prompt you wrote, a system you built, or a tool you now feel comfortable using on your own. Progress happens session by session, and we track it together.
